Logistics Supervisor (ONSITE)

Overview

Axon is seeking a Logistics Supervisor (ONSITE) to manage daily logistics operations at the Dietzenbach site in Germany. The role focuses on warehousing, inventory control, shipping coordination, and carrier management to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery within the Supply Chain function.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily logistics activities at the Dietzenbach site.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, perform cycle counts, and manage stock movements.
• Plan and optimize shipping routes, transit times, and carrier performance.
• Lead a small team of logistics staff; provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Warehouse, Transportation) to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software; SAP or similar systems a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities; German language skills preferred.
• Willingness to work onsite in Dietzenbach, Germany.
