Logistics Handler

Job Overview

Axon is hiring a Logistics Handler in Kassel, Germany to manage warehousing operations, inbound and outbound logistics, and accurate inventory control. This on-site role supports production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and proper documentation.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick, pack, and ship goods in accordance with internal processes and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the company’s ERP/WMS software.
• Coordinate inbound deliveries with suppliers and production scheduling to minimize downtime.
• Prepare shipping documentation, labels, and compliance checks.
• Ensure a safe and organized warehouse environment; support continuous improvement of layout and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production and customer deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations (preferred).
• Basic computer skills with familiarity of ERP/WMS software (examples: SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for extended periods; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Safety-conscious with attention to detail.
