Axon is seeking a Senior IT Support Technician III to join our IT Operations team in Scottsdale, Arizona. In this role you will provide advanced technical support for internal customers, manage escalated incidents, and help maintain desktop and device infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 IT support to employees and contractors, diagnosing and resolving complex issues across hardware, software, and networking.
- Administrate Active Directory users and groups, including policies and permissions.
- Configure and maintain Windows endpoints, Windows Server environments, and device imaging/deploy processes.
- Manage VPN connectivity and remote access for distributed teams.
- Support Microsoft 365 services, SCCM deployments, and ITSM ticketing processes.
- Maintain asset inventory, tracking lifecycle of hardware and software licenses.
- Document solutions and contribute to a knowledge base; collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT services.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and security best practices
- Experience with VPNs, Microsoft 365, SCCM or modern endpoint management tooling, and ITIL/ITSM
- Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset
