Axon is seeking an IT Support IV to join our Corporate IT team in San Francisco. This role delivers frontline desktop and application support to Axon employees, helping maintain a productive and secure computing environment.
Role overview
The IT Support IV provides escalation-friendly, hands-on support for Windows and macOS devices, troubleshoots hardware and software issues, and collaborates with IT colleagues on deployments, security, and process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely desk-side, remote, and phone support for employees across the company.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and account issues; document resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Configure, image, and deploy hardware; maintain asset inventory and lifecycle management.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding, access provisioning (Active Directory, VPN, SSO), and user education.
- Collaborate with IT teammates on projects, security hygiene, and endpoint management.
- Maintain and update knowledge base; participate in process improvements and training.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support or related experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency with Windows and macOS; familiarity with Active Directory, VPN, and endpoint management.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
