GSOC Security Officer (Onsite) – Axon

Axon is seeking a GSOC Security Officer (Onsite) to join our security team at our Scottsdale, Arizona facility. This role focuses on monitoring and protecting people, property, and information by operating our Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) and coordinating with facilities and local authorities as needed.

Overview

Join Axon's security team as a GSOC Security Officer responsible for monitoring security systems, responding to incidents, and ensuring safe operations onsite.

Responsibilities

Monitor security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms) and respond to incidents.
Conduct site patrols to ensure physical security and safety.
Manage visitor screening and employee badge access in collaboration with facilities.
Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency responders as needed.
Maintain incident logs, reports, and escalation procedures.
Assist with security drills, safety programs, and policy compliance.
Support continuous improvements to security processes and technology.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
1-3 years of security or related experience; security operations center experience is a plus.
Knowledge of access control systems, CCTV, and alarm monitoring.
Strong communication skills and situational awareness.
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods; flexibility to work nights or weekends as required.
Must pass a background check; CPR/First Aid certifications are a plus.
Valid driver's license may be preferred in some cases.

Work Location & Schedule

On-site in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Full-time position; shifts may vary to meet security coverage requirements.
