Axon is seeking an Electrical Engineer II, RF Test Engineer to join our engineering team in Scottsdale, Arizona. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on developing and executing RF test strategies for Axon's hardware, designing test fixtures, characterizing RF performance, and collaborating with hardware and software teams to ensure product quality and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and validate RF test setups and fixtures
- Develop and execute RF test plans and procedures
- Automate tests and analyze test data to drive design improvements
- Collaborate with hardware and software teams to troubleshoot and resolve RF-related issues
- Support production test and design-for-test activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 3-5 years of RF test engineering experience
- Experience with RF test equipment (network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators)
- Proficiency in test automation and scripting (Python, MATLAB)
- Knowledge of PCB/RF layout considerations and signal integrity
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication
