Your Impact

Axon is seeking a Director of Commercial Operations who will lead and optimize global Quote-to-Cash processes to ensure an exceptional customer contract, quoting, and billing experience while driving timely cash collection and scalable business growth.

This leader will oversee the Quote-to-Cash cycle, in support of one of our key Sales end markets, and includes our Deal Enablement, Quoting, Billing, Cash Collection and Customer Case management functions. This team ensures commercial excellence through process simplification, operational rigor, and strategic leadership. You’ll serve as a critical partner to Sales, Finance, Legal, IT, and Customer Success — shaping deal governance, pricing execution, and customer experience standards across the contract lifecycle. A customer-centric mindset and ability to act as a trusted, value-driven partner to cross-functional teams will be critical to success.

You will help drive policy development, process design, operational excellence, and change management as Axon enhances its systems and technology from quote creation through billing and collection.

Do

Reports to: VP of Commercial Operations

Work Location: This role is eligible to be based out of Axon's US hubs located in Atlanta, Boston, New York, San Francisco, DC, Denver, Phoenix, or Seattle and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.   • Lead the Deal

    Enablement

    and Quoting Functions

    aligned to a specific Sales end market

    : Oversee quoting operations, ensuring quotes are

    accurate

    per Sales and Customer requirements and
