🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in top-tier accounting or strategy firm; Big 4 preferred.
- CPA designation required.
- Strong US GAAP and SEC reporting knowledge (ASC 805/810/815/820).
- Research accounting matters and prepare memos and presentations.
- SOX experience and related process implementation.
- Ability to use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to boost productivity.
- Detail-oriented with strong planning and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
