Lead cross-functional reviews of M&A and investment accounting.
Create and review technical memos, policies, and trainings.
Present issues and recommendations to stakeholders (finance and non-finance).
Maintain US GAAP expertise on M&A, equity, debt, consolidation, and disclosures.
Lead acquisitions and strategic investment projects and new accounting pronouncements.
Prepare Form 8-K, 10-Q, 10-K and related disclosures.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
8+ years experience; Big 4 preferred.
CPA designation required.
Strong US GAAP knowledge; ASC 805/810/815/820/606.
SOX experience and compliant processes.
Ability to research complex accounting matters and memo.
