Director, Accounting Strategy & Financial Reporting

📋 Description

• Lead accounting research on M&A, equity and debt investments.
• Create technical memoranda, policies, and training materials.
• Present findings to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Maintain current US GAAP knowledge and related disclosures.
• Support SEC reporting and earnings disclosures (8-K/10-K).
• Collaborate with Strategy and Corporate Development on transaction accounting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years experience; Big 4 strongly preferred.
• CPA designation required.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge (ASC 805, 810, 815, 820, 606).
• SOX experience and internal controls.
• Ability to research technical accounting matters and prepare memos/presentations.
