Datastore Support Engineer, Software Implementations
Axon is seeking a Datastore Support Engineer for Software Implementations to help customers deploy and integrate datastore solutions with Axon's software products. In this role, you will collaborate with engineering, customer enablement, and services teams to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and performance across deployments.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose datastore issues and guide customers through integration steps
- Develop automated data import/export scripts and validate data schemas
- Collaborate with engineering and services teams to optimize datastore performance
- Contribute to documentation and best practices for data management
- Provide exceptional customer-facing support throughout implementations
Qualifications
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases
- Strong SQL and NoSQL querying skills
- Knowledge of data modeling, data migration, and ETL processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication for customer interactions
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
