Axon is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer to join our team in Dietzenbach, Germany. In this role, you will help ensure the highest levels of product quality and customer satisfaction across Axon's hardware and software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, and support) to drive quality improvement across the product lifecycle.
- Analyze customer feedback and field data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Lead failure analysis, root cause investigations, and CAPA programs to prevent recurrence.
- Support customer audits and regulatory compliance activities (as applicable).
- Document quality metrics, track trends, and report findings to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Typically 2+ years of experience in quality engineering or a related role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience with root cause analysis methods (e.g., 8D, Fishbone, Ishikawa).
- Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001/ISO 13485 is a plus).
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus for local collaboration.
