Commercial Operations Analyst - Quoting at Axon
Axon is seeking a Commercial Operations Analyst - Quoting to join our Finance/Commercial Operations team in Atlanta, GA. This role supports quote generation, pricing configuration, and the quote-to-cash process to enable accurate and timely quotes for customers.
Responsibilities
- Generate and manage customer quotes, configure pricing, discounts, and terms within approved guidelines.
- Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Revenue Operations to ensure quote accuracy and timely approvals.
- Maintain and optimize CPQ tooling and data quality; troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Produce regular reporting on quoting performance, pipeline, and forecast impact.
- Help drive process improvements across the quote-to-cash lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2-4 years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or finance.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel; familiarity with CPQ systems and a CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent communication and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
