The Role

You will serve as a Business Analyst for software implementations, partnering with product, engineering, and client teams to gather requirements, map business processes, and translate needs into actionable specifications. You will drive stakeholder engagement, facilitate workshops, define acceptance criteria, and support testing and rollout activities.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and validate client requirements for software implementations
• Analyze current and future-state business processes; identify gaps and propose solutions
• Create functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA to ensure successful deployments
• Lead or participate in stakeholder workshops, demos, and training sessions
• Support data migration, testing (including UAT), and rollout activities
• Provide regular status updates and manage stakeholder communications
• Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business analysis experience in software implementations
• Strong requirements elicitation, process mapping, and UAT skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience with BA tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and basic data concepts
