Artificial Intelligence Senior Product Manager II, Real-Time Operations

Axon is seeking an Artificial Intelligence Senior Product Manager II for Real-Time Operations to lead AI-powered real-time capabilities across our product portfolio. This role partners with data science, engineering, design, and security to deliver scalable, secure, and high-impact solutions that meet user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and roadmap for AI-enabled real-time operations capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Engineering, Design, and Security to ship features from concept to launch.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from customers, field teams, and internal stakeholders; balance business value with technical feasibility.
• Own product metrics, success criteria, and monitoring for real-time systems; iterate based on data-driven insights.
• Prioritize backlog, write clear user stories, and drive execution with engineering teams.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, compliant with relevant regulations, and aligned with Axon's security standards.
• Partner with GTM, enablement, and customer success to drive adoption and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of product management experience, with a focus on AI/ML or real-time data products.
• Proven track record delivering AI-enabled products that meet user needs and business goals.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools; familiarity with SQL and data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts and exposure to real-time streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, Spark) is a plus.

• Experience in regulated industries or public safety domains.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence across cross-functional teams.
