Job Description

Axon is seeking an Account Manager for Major Accounts in the West region. Based in Los Angeles, you will manage a portfolio of strategic customers, drive revenue growth, and expand Axon’s footprint with enterprise clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions, ensure customer success, and achieve revenue targets. The role requires a blend of strategic account management, relationship building, and a proven track record in enterprise software sales.

Axon is a leading technology company focused on delivering innovative solutions to empower organizations and their customers. This role sits within the Sales function, reporting to leadership responsible for Major Accounts in the West.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of major accounts in the West region
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver value
  • Forecast accurately and maintain a healthy pipeline
  • Travel as needed to cover key accounts

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales or equivalent account management experience
  • Proven track record of managing major accounts and achieving quotas
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to develop strategic account plans and work cross-functionally
  • Willingness to travel as required
