  • Proven success managing large, multi-stakeholder accounts; public sector/public safety preferred.
  • Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM tools (Salesforce).
  • Comfortable owning a quota and aligning with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication; ability to influence across roles.
  • Must travel 60-80% within territory.
