Overview
Axon is seeking an Account Executive for LPR to drive revenue for the License Plate Reader solution. This on-site role is based in Tallahassee, Florida, and will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline targeting public safety and government customers
- Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and RFP responses
- Build relationships with procurement and executive stakeholders
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet quarterly targets
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success teams to ensure customer success
- Maintain accurate CRM records (e.g., Salesforce)
- Travel as required
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise software or public safety technology sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Knowledge of government procurement processes and RFPs
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to work on-site in Tallahassee or travel as needed
