- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal partners and stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of significant transactional experience, preferably in-house
- Complex CRE experience including real estate finance, leasing, and acquisitions
- Experience on leasing, purchases and sales, landlord-tenant disputes
- Industries ideal: Retail, restaurant/hospitality, industrial, and energy
- Experience with construction agreements is a plus
- Active bar license in good standing in the state you reside
