- Working with and advising corporate clients directly on commercial real estate matters
- Drafting and negotiating real estate finance documents and supporting teams
- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of significant transactional experience, preferably in-house
- Complex CRE experience including finance, leasing, and acquisitions
- Leasing, purchases and sales, REIT, residential, LL/T disputes
- Experience in Retail, restaurant/hospitality, industrial, and energy industries
- Experience with retail real estate and commercial is preferred
- Independent and cross-functional, capable of handling complex projects
- Junior/Mid-level lawyers with energy exposure ideal
- Construction agreements experience is a plus
- Active bar license in good standing in the state of residence
