Respond to, triage, and resolve incidents and service requests across AWS environments.
Own incidents end-to-end from alert to closure.
Diagnose root causes and implement sustainable fixes.
Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients during incident lifecycles.
Escalate complex issues to Incident Management or Development teams.
Monitor Amazon Connect and AWS services to prevent degradation.

🎯 Requirements

Experience supporting AWS-based applications or infrastructure in production.
Hands-on AWS Lambda development, deployment, and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in Node.js, Python, and TypeScript for serverless work.
Familiarity with Amazon Connect, CloudWatch monitoring/alerting, IAM, S3, DynamoDB.
Experience with incident management and ticketing systems (ServiceNow).
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
AWS Certification (Cloud Practitioner or higher).
