🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years of development experience with Node.js/TypeScript and AWS.
- AWS services: Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFormation, RDS, Redshift, VPC.
- Experience in managed services/operational support with SLAs, incidents, and change control.
- Mentor junior developers; document runbooks and SLA awareness.
- Strong agile/ITSM knowledge; blending Scrum with service management.
- Serverless Framework experience.
- Observability/monitoring with CloudWatch.
- AI/ML/NLP familiarity; AWS AI services (Lex, SageMaker, Comprehend).
