📋 Description

  • Execute and scale Capco’s AWS partnership and GTM strategy.
  • Lead co-sell motions, campaigns, and client events with AWS.
  • Enable sales with AWS-aligned playbooks and assets.
  • Track pipeline, co-sell performance, and partner scorecards.
  • Build relationships across global, matrixed teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5–7 years in AWS partnerships, alliances, or ecosystems.
  • Experience in consulting, technology, or digital transformation.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build stakeholder relationships in global, matrixed environments.
  • Familiarity with AWS co-sell tracking, pipeline, and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of AWS services for FS use cases (serverless, data, security).
  • Experience supporting partnership governance and exec-level reporting.
