- Experience in the Contact Center domain, especially Amazon Connect
- Knowledge of AI/ML solutions with SageMaker, Bedrock, and Amazon Q
- Experience integrating Amazon Connect with Salesforce Service Cloud (SCV BYOA/Bundles) is a plus
