Provide L1-L3 support to Post Trade Processing apps (Middle-Office/Back-office/Settlements).
Resolve incidents using incident/problem/service management workflows.
Collaborate with SMEs to address requests and provide status.
Independently manage tasks and report progress to SMEs.
Continually improve support processes and monitoring.
Provide failover, disaster recovery activities, and release management.

🎯 Requirements

Production Support / DevOps / SRE (min 4 yrs)
AWS and Snowflake
RDBMS: Oracle, MS SQL Server, Sybase
Batch schedulers: TWS, Autosys
Windows and UNIX; Scripting: Python
