AWS Cloud Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Hands-on work on the cloud data platform to deliver features and fix issues.
• Contribute to design and architecture; define and adhere to best practices.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with deployed systems (level 3 support).
• Become technically solid for the cloud data platform.
• Evaluate and resolve technical debt, platform modernization, and build reliable features.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
• 3+ years of experience in cloud data engineering.
• 2+ years working with AWS services including Redshift, AWS Glue, Lambda, DMS, Kinesis, etc.
• 1+ years working with ETL tools (MS SSIS or similar).
• Significant hands-on experience working with databases, schemas, complex queries, data modeling, stored procedures, etc. (MS SQL Server, Postgres and Redshift preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
