Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist (First Shift) to join our remote customer support team. You will help customers succeed with AWeber by providing timely, accurate, and empathetic assistance during the first shift.

What you’ll do

Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat during the first shift
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our email marketing tools and features
Guide customers through onboarding, setup, and product usage
Document issues and solutions, and escalate when necessary to cross-functional teams
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product changes and contribute to the knowledge base
Achieve SLAs and maintain a high standard of customer care in a remote environment

What we’re looking for

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues
Comfort working remotely with reliable internet and a productive home setup
Experience with customer support or a SaaS product is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaborate with teammates across time zones
