AVP, Investment Operations

📋 Description

• Oversee analysts for asset setup of new securities/structured deals; coordinate with Portfolio Management to build infra for new structures in LMS, Geneva.
• Set up SPVs to hold assets and enable internal securitization of cashflows.
• Manage settlement of loans/assets and ongoing participation across portfolios; coordinate with Legal and custody banks.
• Oversee funding and settlement of all deal flow.
• Oversee asset lifecycle management (PI remittances, pay-downs, pay-offs, coupon updates).
• Review cash/asset movements across custody and trust banks; interface with third-party servicers and custodians.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-10 years' experience in general investment operations, ideally in a middle office or transaction-facing role
• Prior experience in private credit or equity deal funding
• Knowledge of credit investments, particularly bank loans or real estate
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and oversee a high volume of work
• Strong work ethic with the ability to quickly grasp key concepts
