AVP Fund Controller

📋 Description

• Oversee funds’ day-to-day financial ops, investor activity, NAV.
• Manage capital calls, distributions, and carried interest waterfalls.
• Oversee cash management, liquidity, lines of credit; regulatory reporting.
• Prepare/review GAAP/IFRS financial statements; manage external audit.
• Manage fund-level financing, fees, allocations; reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Tax, Legal, Treasury, Asset Mgmt on structuring/reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10 years in fund accounting or fund controllership (real estate focus).
• Experience in asset management or fund administration.
• CA/CPA strongly preferred; accounting degree required.
• IFRS/US GAAP knowledge and technical accounting.
• Strong Excel; Investran experience preferred.
• Real estate fund structures, waterfalls, asset-level accounting.
