- Proven track building and scaling CS orgs through inflection points like hypergrowth, global expansion, or IPO
- Fluent in enterprise AI adoption and governance with ROI frameworks
- Strategic, hands-on operator able to alternate vision and execution
- Executive presence to influence at C-suite level and coach across levels
