📋 Description

  • Own ISV and strategic technology alliance commercial motion across the Dialpad portfolio.
  • Design and scale three revenue motions: OEM/Embed, Marketplace Resell, Referral.
  • Establish Dialpad’s position in Google Cloud Marketplace and broader alliances.
  • Highly visible, founder-style role; remote base; travel.
  • Lead partner strategy and GTM with hyperscalers and co-sell programs.
  • Collaborate with Product and Eng to shape marketplace roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in enterprise SaaS; at least 5 years in ISV, OEM, cloud marketplace, or strategic alliances.
  • Proven experience building/scaling commercial motions on Google Cloud Marketplace, AWS Marketplace, or Azure Marketplace.
  • Track record closing OEM/embed or rev-share agreements with measurable ARR.
  • Proven ability partnering with Product and Engineering to shape platform roadmap.
  • Experience in CCaaS, UCaaS, Collaboration, or Agentic AI categories preferred.
  • Background in Gartner Magic Quadrant or Canalys-tracked vendor environments with analyst narratives.
