🎯 Requirements

- Lab/test env experience: design, execution, and results documentation
- Knowledge of failure analysis and root-cause investigations
- Experience in safety-critical/regulatory environments with multiple stakeholders
- Coordinate with third-party reviewers and travel for off-site tests
