Avionics Technician

📋 Description

• Avionics/electrical systems integration on research flight vehicles.
• Troubleshoot, install, inspect subsystems; flight ops support.
• Plan and execute troubleshooting/installation per specs.
• Remove/install avionics components; fabricate harnesses; test.
• Document all aircraft work for inspection.
• Follow FOD, tool control, 6-S and safety rules.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2y avionics exp; 5+y preferred.
• Maintenance, repair, troubleshooting of wiring harnesses.
• Cockpit avionics retrofit experience.
• Knowledge of high voltage, ESC, BMS, batteries.
• Experience managing installation teams.
• DOT license ability; background check and drug test.
