4+ years avionics/electrical experience or 2-year aviation electronics schooling + 2 years.
Removal/installation of avionics components; wire harness fabrication; testing.
Install and test electrical/avionics per specs, drawings, manuals.
Troubleshoot to repair malfunctioning systems.
Repair/replace defective components to meet conformity.
Set up test equipment; conduct functional and operational tests.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 2 years avionics experience; 5+ years preferred.
Maintenance, repair, troubleshooting on wiring harnesses.
Cockpit avionics retrofit experience.
High voltage electrical, ESC, BMS, batteries knowledge.
Experience managing installation teams.
DOT driver license eligibility.
