- Experience leading or supporting teams building/reworking PCBAs and electro-mechanical assemblies.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with execution focus.
- Proven cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, ERP/MRP/MES, and dashboards.
