🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in SMT manufacturing, electronics assembly, or high-reliability PCBA.
- Hands-on SMT equipment experience: pick-and-place, printers, AOI, reflow.
- Experience programming and supporting pick-and-place for prototype/production PCBs.
- Soldering and PCBA rework of through-hole and SMT components.
- Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, BOMs, and process instructions.
- Troubleshooting and cross-functional teamwork; certifications preferred.
