🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in battery, electronics, aerospace, or high-rel hardware
- Hands-on Li-ion battery systems or complex electromechanical assemblies
- Experience with cell screening, laser cleaning, epoxy potting, and wire bonding
- Prioritize, troubleshoot, and drive production execution in fast-paced environments
- Leadership experience; provide technical guidance and uphold build quality
- Read engineering drawings and electrical schematics; document issues clearly
