- Drive production flow for avionics hardware from material readiness through build and test
- Serve as the main point of contact for round-trip deliveries between factories
- Own material readiness: track shortages, support kitting, enable on-time starts
- Partner cross-functionally with procurement, planning, quality, and manufacturing engineering
- Monitor WIP and proactively identify and resolve production blockers to maintain flow
- Support production floor ops, including team communication and 5S improvements
🎯 Requirements
- Experience with material management and operating vans/trucks
- Basic mechanical skills, including use of hand tools
- Comfortable working on the production floor and engaging with technicians and engineers
- Proficient with Excel
- High attention to detail with strong execution and follow-through
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
