🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in a high-energy, customer-facing role.
- Work in Columbus, OH office five days a week; live ~40 min from airport.
- Availability for shifts 7:00 a.m.–12:00 a.m., including days/evenings.
- Comfort spending most of the day on the phone for outreach.
- Strong problem-solving and staying organized under pressure.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
