Zuora Systems Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as the functional manager of Zuora billing and revenue rules.
• Bridge billing ops and IT engineering; translate needs into solutions.
• Lead configuration of Zuora catalog, rate plans, and discounts.
• Own automation strategy; replace manual tasks with workflows.
• Guide and mentor the billing team; coordinate cross-functional Q2C.
• Drive continuous improvement; ensure scalable, auditable solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, CS, or related field.
• 6+ years in subscription billing ops, system admin, or related.
• 4+ years hands-on Zuora Billing experience; Zuora Revenue preferred.
• Strong knowledge of subscription concepts (MRR, proration, upgrades/downgrades).
• Experience designing and operationalizing workflow automation.
• Understanding of Q2C lifecycle, catalog, and billing logic.
