SUMMARY

As a Relationship Manager (Renewals Representative), you’ll manage a defined book of supplier accounts and guide them from onboarding through renewal. This role is responsible for driving retention, reducing churn, and elevating the supplier experience through proactive outreach, health scoring, and strategic automation. You’ll combine account management expertise with scalable, data-driven execution to ensure every supplier receives timely, valuable engagement.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full lifecycle for your assigned supplier accounts: onboarding, adoption, engagement, renewal, and reactivation
  • Build strong relationships by understanding supplier goals, needs, and potential risks
  • Drive retention through proactive outreach, lifecycle playbooks, and personalized, value-driven engagement
  • Forecast renewals using best-case/worst-case methodology and track supplier health
  • Monitor usage behavior and lifecycle milestones to anticipate risk and intervene early
  • Leverage health scoring and automation tools to prioritize and scale outreach effectively
  • Engage via calls, email, and tech-touch methods to deliver consistent, proactive support
  • Navigate common objections related to pricing, product fit, or business changes with confidence
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Support, Billing, Sales, and Product to address friction points and drive improvements
  • Maintain accurate documentation in Salesforce and contribute to real-time leadership insights
  • Act as the voice of the supplier to influence internal strategy and improve the supplier journey

IDEAL EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION & TRAINING:

  • 2+ years in account management, renewals, customer success, or supplier-facing roles (B2B SaaS or compliance tech preferred)
  • Experience managing a book of business with KPIs tied to retention, engagement, or forecasting
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (required); able to document and prioritize within a CRM
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal—skilled at simplifying complex topics and building rapport
  • Organized, responsive, and proactive with strong follow-through
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese

Preferred:

  • B2B SaaS or compliance-focused experience
  • Familiarity with digital engagement platforms like ChurnZero, Gainsight, or HubSpot
  • Experience using health scores, segmentation, and automation to scale outreach
  • Strong analytical skills and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Passion for customer experience and relationship-building
