🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years in data/analytics engineering with senior ownership preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master's in data eng, CS, or related field preferred.
- Certifications in DBT (Advanced), Snowflake (SnowPro), GitHub Actions, AWS Solutions Architect – Professional preferred.
- Comfortable supporting analytics-ready DBT models: staging, intermediate, mart.
- Experience implementing data observability or data quality frameworks.
- Familiarity with modern metrics layers or semantic models.
