UI/UX Designer

UI/UX Designer at AvePoint

AvePoint is seeking a UI/UX Designer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, APAC. In this role you will design intuitive, accessible interfaces for AvePoint's enterprise software, translating user needs into elegant experiences through collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers to understand user needs and business goals.
• Draft user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Develop and maintain design system components, guidelines, and patterns.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation and accessibility.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design for SaaS/enterprise software.
• Proficiency with Figma (preferred) and experience with other design tools like Adobe XD or Sketch.
• Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
