📋 Description

• Source candidates in recruitment platforms (Greenhouse, LinkedIn, Job Street)
• Build talent pipelines via networking, referrals, and online searches
• Screen candidates for interest, salary expectations, and core competencies
• Coordinate interview schedules and act as main point of contact
• Update recruitment database and cross-check Greenhouse reports
• Prepare offer letters and manage onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor9s degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate status.
• Strong passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport.
