This full-time role focuses on optimizing revenue processes, reviewing opportunities, and supporting sales and customer success teams to ensure accurate forecasting and effective opportunity management.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to review and qualify revenue opportunities.
- Maintain accurate opportunity data in the CRM and related tools.
- Support revenue forecasting and reporting processes.
- Assist with accounts servicing and cross-functional process improvements.
Requirements
- Experience in revenue operations, account management, or sales operations preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Proficient with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools.
