We are seeking a focused and customer-oriented SharePoint Support Specialist to join our client-facing support team in Singapore. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges and helping users maximize their SharePoint and AvePoint product experiences.

Role Overview

The SharePoint Support Specialist provides frontline technical assistance to customers using AvePoint products with SharePoint Online. You will troubleshoot issues, assist with configuration, permissions, and site provisioning, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve incidents and improve customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and triage customer inquiries related to SharePoint and AvePoint products
  • Investigate, reproduce, and troubleshoot issues, documenting steps and outcomes
  • Configure permissions, site collections, and user provisioning as needed
  • Provide guidance on best practices for SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and professional services to resolve complex incidents
  • Maintain and expand knowledge base and support materials
  • Deliver excellent customer service and meet defined SLAs

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in IT support or SharePoint administration
  • Hands-on knowledge of SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 admin center, and basic PowerShell
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
