Job Description

AvePoint is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect (GovTech) to join our APAC team in Singapore. This full-time role focuses on designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions for government technology initiatives. You will partner with GovTech stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical architectures, lead delivery, and ensure security and governance across implementations.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions for GovTech programs
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into architecture
Lead delivery, oversee integrations, data mapping, and migration
Define data models, workflows, security controls, and performance considerations
Collaborate with government agencies, partners, and cross-functional teams
Advise on platform capabilities, best practices, and release planning
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements
Support pre-sales activities with solution demonstrations as needed

Qualifications

ServiceNow certifications (CIS, CSA, or Implementer)
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM in enterprise environments
Strong integration skills (REST, SOAP) and experience with data migration
Experience delivering large-scale government/public-sector deployments (APAC experience preferred)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of cloud architecture and security best practices
