Overview

We are seeking a Senior Staff, Internal Audit to join our team in Manila. This role is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of internal audits, assessing controls, and contributing to process improvements across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and execution of internal audits to assess the design and operating effectiveness of controls.
• Identify and assess risks, test controls, and document findings.
• Collaborate with business units to implement control improvements and drive process enhancements.
• Prepare clear audit reports and communicate findings and recommendations to management.
• Support ongoing monitoring activities and follow-up on audit recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of internal audit or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Professional certifications such as CPA or CIA are a plus.
