AvePoint is seeking a Salesforce Engineer (COTS) to join our APAC team in Singapore. This full-time role focuses on implementing and maintaining Salesforce solutions using Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) products to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

Configure and customize Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) using declarative tools and, where needed, code (Apex/Lightning).
Design integrations with external systems (ERP, marketing automation) and manage data migration and data quality.
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and automation to support business users.
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Ensure security, access controls, compliance, and data privacy; support release management and CI/CD processes.
Provide production support and user training; drive adoption of Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and development, preferably with COTS implementations.
Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning components, SOQL, and REST/SOAP integrations.
Experience with data migration, data quality, and system integrations.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work in an APAC-region environment.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
