Role Overview
AvePoint is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our APAC team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This full-time role will support the ongoing management, configuration, and optimization of our Salesforce CRM to enable effective sales and customer success activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings in Salesforce.
- Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and data models.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Maintain data quality, perform data imports/exports, deduplication, and governance.
- Develop and maintain automation using Process Builder, Flow, and other Salesforce automation tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide training and support to end users.
- Assist with integrations and data flows between Salesforce and other systems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator (ADM201/ADM211 or equivalent) or similar.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, data management, and customization.
- Experience with Salesforce automation tools (Process Builder, Flow, Workflow Rules) and reporting.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and training skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced APAC environment; knowledge of Kuala Lumpur ecosystem is a plus.
